Enri is a senior food technologist with food supply chain master degree and a PhD in Cereal & Dairy

Enri has worked for over 25 Years in Pasta and Extruded Products manufacturing worldwide. Enrico experience ranges from production to plants installation and commissioning.

Enri worked for the biggest multinational in the pasta and extruded products manufacturing and has patented innovation products and ingredient solutions which have been used for many successful products.

Perantani team comprises of senior logistics and finance executives and multilingual sales team.

Anto covers all spectrum and challenges in the logistic environment.

Lodo, a senior executive in finance, supervises all finance matter.

Danu support all our clients either in English, French, Rumanian and Russian.

Perantani is the first 100% Italian DNA company specialised in Ingredient Solutions and Technical Consulting for Pasta. and Extruded Products. Perantani team comprises of PHD scientists and senior executives in the food industry with a cumulative experience of over 40 years in Pasta production and formulation. Due to the challenges imposed by the scarcity of Durum wheat Perantani has become a solid partner to many pasta manufacturing companies, enabling excellence in quality, consistency in production and profitability optimisation by using our tailor made formulations.
